Program availability

RateWatch offers enrollment only after the required provider, carrier, consent, security, retention, and deletion controls are configured. The authenticated dashboard shows the enrollment form only when that capability is enabled. If the form is absent, RateWatch does not collect a mobile number or SMS consent from the dashboard. Email alerts remain separate.

By checking this box and saving alerts, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from RateWatch.io by Northglass when a verified mortgage market benchmark meets my saved threshold. Message frequency varies based on my alert settings and market changes, with no more than 4 automated alerts per day. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent is optional, separate from email and account access, and unchecked by default. Withholding or withdrawing consent does not affect the RateWatch account or email alerts.

RateWatch versions the reviewed blank consent-form capture separately from each person's record. A consent record identifies that form by artifact ID, digest, format, and byte length; the generic screenshot contains no mobile number or other homeowner information.

Program and message frequency

After enrollment, RateWatch.io by Northglass sends only user-requested mortgage market benchmark and saved-threshold alerts, plus direct responses to supported keywords. Automated alert frequency varies with saved settings and market changes and does not exceed 4 messages per day.

STOP and HELP

After enrollment, reply STOP to revoke text-message consent. RateWatch will send one opt-out confirmation and then no further messages unless the person provides fresh, explicit consent that RateWatch records safely. Reply HELP for program and support information. START is not currently supported.

Charges, delivery, and eligibility

Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RateWatch is not a lender, broker, originator, or loan marketplace, and an alert is not a loan quote, offer, approval, rate lock, appraisal, or refinancing guarantee.

Privacy

Mobile information and text-message consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Only providers needed to deliver, secure, and support requested messages process the minimum required information. See the Privacy notice.

If you later delete your account, operational text-message records will be deleted. The name, mobile number, exact consent copy and method, and relevant consent or opt-out timestamps required for Sent compliance will remain in a private record until exactly four years after the last relevant event, then be purged automatically. That record will have no direct database link to your Auth account, email, property, mortgage, rules, or delivery history.
